About the Appraiser

Jane M. Dail is a North Carolina certified residential real estate appraiser (NC License A8814) and FHA approved. She has lived most of her life in Eastern North Carolina, having grown up in New Bern. Since 2018, she has called nearby Trent Woods home. 

A graduate of North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) and former award-winning journalist, she wanted to turn her interest in real estate into a business. 

Familiar with her service area by training locally, she is now accepting work in Craven County, Jones County, and Pamlico County. She offers appraisals as well as appraisal services, such as residence measuring and sketching.
